Camping in Moab

We went camping last weekend and it was mostly fun...its going to take some practice for David to feel more comfortable sleeping with us in the tent. He was SOOO excited about everything it took forever for him to settle down - he loved the chirping crickets. Other than that, it was a fantastic weekend! We camped with some friends and took some hikes - lots of exploring, rock hunting, lizard catching, red ant watching, scrambling, and digging in the dirt - success : )

Birthday Week! #5 and #2

Visit with Anders and Viktor Bladh

Anders and Steve swam together in college and hadn't seen eachother in 23 years! He and his son, Viktor traveled from Sweden for a guys trip and spent a week with us - it was wonderful to get to know them and we hope they come back again sometime soon!
