We decided at the last minute to do a quick camping trip over the weekend and spent one night close to Canyonlands NP. It was mostly fun - David is still having trouble sleeping in the tent....but everything else was great. Kelsey found lots of bug friends - she named her two beetles Jennifer and Melissa...they were probably happy to see us drive off - also two grasshoppers, many ant hills, and found a spider or two...we're working on just watching the spiders and not touching them. Gorgeous camping spot and also had a chance to take a look at Horseshoe Canyon, Goblin Valley and Little Wild Horse Canyon. Fun to show Christian all of the adventures to be had in Southern Utah!
